Actor Steve McQueen to Be Honored by ADAO for Fight against Mesothelioma

The Asbestos Disease Awareness Organization will be honoring the late actor Steve McQueen with the Warren Zevon “Keep Me in Your Heart” Memorial Tribute Award. Though McQueen is known as a legend of the silver screen, he passed away in 1980 from mesothelioma, a rare form of cancer caused by asbestos exposure.
