Obituary: Kayla Rush / 11-year-old felled by bone cancer
Even as she struggled through painful cancer and aggressive treatment, Kayla Rush, 11, worried about others around her. She was diagnosed in spring 2008 with osteosarcoma, an aggressive type of bone cancer, and in July 2008 her right leg was amputated above the knee.
