A benefit will be held at Gig’s Place in Fairbury on Sunday at 1 p.m. to aide a woman’s battle with Stage 4 non-hodgkins lymphoma. April Sedam, of Fairbury, has been battling the disease since 2004. She is scheduled to have a bone marrow transplant and needs help to cover some costs.
