New York, Dec 1 : Growing access to HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention services resulted in a 15 per cent decline in new infections over the past decade and a 22 per cent drop in AIDS-related deaths in the past five years, the United Nations reported on Wednesday, urging sustained long-term effort to combat the disease.
