How President Obama was moved by a letter to change the law (Times Online)
Two months ago Mr Obama’s efforts to pass comprehensive health reforms seemed to have been wrecked by the loss of a single Senate seat to a Republican, depriving the Democrats of their “supermajority” in Congress. Then the President received a letter from an Ohio cancer sufferer, Natoma Canfield.
