Papillary Carcinoma Found In Argentine President

A government spokesman says President Cristina Fernandez will be operated on for papillary thyroid carcinoma on Jan. 4. Spokesman Alfredo Scoccimarro says the carcinoma was detected during a routine medical exam on Dec. 22.
