Pivotal Study Showed Vismodegib Helped Shrink Tumors or Heal Lesions in People with R

Genentech, a member of the Roche Group , announced today that a pivotal Phase II study with vismodegib showed positive results in people with advanced basal cell carcinoma for whom surgery is considered inappropriate.
